At its core, Chatkick is a video interview platform built by passionate hiring managers for (equally passionate) hiring professionals. Chatkick records, transcribes, and analyzes candidate conversations to provide much-needed insights to hiring managers and talent teams to help them source, interview, and hire the right talent.

We know recruiting is all about connections, luckily so are we. That’s why Chatkick already integrates with nearly thirty of the most popular Application Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, and Recruitee. Teams can keep using the tools they know and trust while taking advantage of Chatkick.
What Chatkick Is Not
- We are NOT an ATS. While Chatkick does offer some ATS-like features, customers will get the most out of our tool by using our deep API integrations into their ATS vendor of choice. Educating yourself on the existing ATS Completion Rate will improve your integrations.
- We are not a 1-way or asynchronous video platform. In fact, we’ve heard firsthand concerns about the poor candidate experience these tools deliver and skepticism about their intended ROI.
- We are not an HCM or onboarding tool. Our focus is on the interview process and candidate feedback cycle rather than onboarding or employee management.
- We are NOT a recruiting agency or RPO. We are a software company that builds products to help teams of all sizes, and from all industries, hire the right candidates up to 3x faster.
